1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 head butter or romaine lettuce
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

6. Separate lettuce leaves to form cups.
7. Spoon the beef mixture into lettuce cups and top with sesame seeds and cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For added spice, you can drizzle with sriracha or sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes. Ground turkey can also be used as a lighter alternative.
