Description
A quick and flavorful Caesar Chicken Wrap perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. Crisp romaine, tender chicken, creamy dressing, and crunchy croutons all wrapped up in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons, crushed
4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
Optional: 1 medium tomato, sliced
Optional: 1 small avocado, sliced
Optional: 2 tablespoons cooked bacon bits
Instructions
1. Warm tortillas in a microwave for 10 seconds or in a dry skillet for 30 seconds until pliable.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Toss until evenly coated.
3. Place 1/4 of the filling down the center of each tortilla. Add optional tomato, avocado, or bacon if desired.
4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
5. Slice in half for serving or keep whole for packing. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Notes
For a lighter version, use whole wheat tortillas and a yogurt-based Caesar dressing.
Keep lettuce separate if making ahead to prevent sogginess.
Rotisserie chicken works perfectly for this recipe.
