Ingredients

Scale

1 lb salmon fillets (fresh or thawed)

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 lemon, juiced

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

2. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Add shrimp to the hot skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed, then sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5. Reduce heat to medium and pour in heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and fully incorporated. Add lemon juice and stir well.

7. Return shrimp to the skillet and coat in the garlic cream sauce. Set aside.

8. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. In a separate skillet, cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and flaky.

9. Plate salmon fillets, top with Cajun shrimp, and drizzle with garlic cream sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies for a complete meal.

For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes to the Cajun seasoning.

Use fresh grated Parmesan for best flavor and melt.
