Description
Cheesy Halloween Breadstick Bones are spooky, savory snacks perfect for Halloween parties. Serve them with marinara ‘blood’ for dipping fun!
Ingredients
All-purpose flour, for dusting work surface
1 pound homemade or store-bought pizza dough
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup marinara sauce, homemade or store-bought, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or Silpats.
2. Lightly flour your work surface. Divide the dough into 10 equal balls.
3. Roll each dough ball into an 8-inch rope, making the ends slightly thicker.
4. Use kitchen scissors to cut a 1-inch slit on both ends of each rope and stretch apart to form a bone shape.
5. Place the shaped breadsticks on baking sheets, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.
6. Brush each breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the breadsticks, and return to the oven for 5–7 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

These are great for Halloween party savory food displays.
