1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1⁄2 teaspoon paprika

1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1⁄4 cup chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a large baking dish or sheet pan.

2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch mix, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

3. Spread seasoned potatoes in the baking dish and top with sliced smoked sausage.

4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are tender and golden.

5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake an additional 5–7 minutes.
