Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets, keeping them uniform in size to ensure even cooking.
3. In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
