Description
These English Muffin Breakfast Pizzas are the ultimate grab-and-go breakfast! Built on a crispy English muffin base and loaded with creamy sawmill gravy, scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheese, they’re comforting, customizable, and absolutely crave-worthy.
Ingredients
4 English muffins, split in half
1 cup sawmill gravy (homemade or store-bought)
4 large eggs
1 cup breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook breakfast sausage until browned and crumbly, about 5–7 minutes.
3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. In a non-stick skillet, scramble eggs until just set but still moist, about 2–3 minutes.
4. Place English muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spread each with a generous spoonful of sawmill gravy.
5. Top each with scrambled eggs, sausage, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
8. Serve warm and enjoy your breakfast pizzas!
Notes
Use store-bought gravy to save time or make your own for extra flavor.
Swap sausage with cooked bacon or ham if you like.
These reheat well and can be frozen for later breakfasts.
