Description
These Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups are the ultimate comfort food — juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and buttery golden wraps ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced pickles (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
8 small flour tortillas or crescent roll sheets
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are softened. Drain excess grease.
3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
4. Lay out tortillas or crescent dough sheets. Spoon beef mixture down the center of each.
5. Add pickle slices if desired. Roll up tightly.
6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the tops of each rollup generously with garlic butter.
7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack set over the baking sheet.
Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat best in the air fryer.
