Ingredients

▢ Large marshmallows

▢ 1 cup white chocolate melts

▢ Mini chocolate chips

▢ Blue food coloring

▢ Lollipop sticks

Instructions

1. Melt white chocolate according to package instructions. Divide into two bowls.

2. In one bowl, add blue food coloring and mix until light blue.

3. Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow.

4. Dip each marshmallow into the plain white chocolate and let excess drip off.

5. Place dipped marshmallows on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

6. Quickly press two mini chocolate chips onto each marshmallow to make eyes before the coating sets.

7. Using a toothpick dipped in blue chocolate, paint a sailor collar across the front, above the eyes.

8. Chill marshmallows in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until fully set.
