Ingredients
12 slices salami
12 small fresh mozzarella balls
12 pimento-stuffed green olives
12 skewers (6-inch)
Optional: black olives or cherry tomatoes for garnish
Instructions
1. Gather all your ingredients and lay them out for easy assembly.
2. Place one mozzarella ball in the center of each salami slice.
3. Top each mozzarella ball with a green olive, cut side facing up to look like a pupil.
4. Skewer each assembled eyeball with a 6-inch skewer, securing all components together.
5. (Optional) Add a black olive or cherry tomato to the end of each skewer for decoration.
6. Arrange finished skewers on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use toothpicks instead of full skewers for mini bites.
