- 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Scramble the Eggs: Using the same skillet, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the eggs are scrambled and just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Assemble the Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon a portion of the cooked sausage and scrambled eggs onto the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions if using.
- Roll and Bake: Roll up each crescent roll triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
