Description
Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites are a high-protein, low-carb comfort food that practically cooks itself. Perfect for picky eaters, meal prep, and easy summer dinners.
Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat
1 1/2 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
5 tablespoons butter, cut into 1 tablespoon pads
Instructions
1. Place the beef stew meat on one half of the slow cooker and the baby potatoes on the other half.
2. Evenly season both beef and potatoes with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
3. Gently toss the beef side to coat with seasoning, keeping it separate from the potatoes.
4. Sprinkle the chopped garlic evenly over everything.
5. Place the butter pads evenly across the top.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until beef is tender and fully cooked.
7. Spoon the garlicky butter sauce from the bottom over the top when serving.
Notes
You can substitute stew meat with cubed chuck roast or sirloin tips.
Skip potatoes for a lower-carb option—add broccoli instead.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Great for weekly meal prep or reheating on busy nights.
