These Spicy Garlic Shrimp Noodles are loaded with bold flavors—savory, sweet, garlicky, and spicy all at once. The perfect weeknight dinner that comes together fast and hits all the right notes.
Ingredients
▢ 8 oz noodles (lo mein, rice noodles, or spaghetti)
▢ 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
▢ 4 cloves garlic, minced
▢ 1 tablespoon honey
▢ 3 tablespoons soy sauce
▢ 1 tablespoon sesame oil
▢ 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
▢ 2 green onions, sliced
▢ 1/2 cup vegetable broth
▢ 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Whisk in honey, soy sauce, vegetable broth, and balsamic vinegar.
6. Return shrimp to skillet, toss to coat in sauce.
7. Add noodles and mix everything together until well combined and heated through.
8. Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
• For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes or a squirt of sriracha.
• You can swap the shrimp for tofu or chicken for a different twist.
