This Thanksgiving Leftovers Casserole is the ultimate cozy dish! A cheesy, creamy blend of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy—topped with crispy onions for that irresistible crunch.
Ingredients
▢ 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
▢ 2 cups stuffing
▢ ¾ cup cranberry sauce
▢ 1 cup gravy
▢ 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
▢ 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
▢ 1 cup French fried onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is golden and melted.
6. Sprinkle French fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
Notes
• You can use leftover chicken if you’re out of turkey.
• Add leftover green beans or mashed potatoes for extra bulk.
