Description
This spooky Witches’ Cauldron Spinach & Cheese Pizza Dip is the ultimate Halloween party appetizer! Creamy, cheesy, and bubbling with smoky turkey sausage and spinach, it tastes just like pizza in dip form.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup diced smoked turkey sausage
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium oven-safe bowl or cast-iron skillet.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream with a hand mixer until smooth.
3. Stir in 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan. Fold in spinach, pizza sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and diced smoked turkey sausage until combined.
4. Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with lightly golden top.
6. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with bread, chips, or veggie sticks.
Notes
For the full Halloween effect, serve in a mini cast-iron cauldron with breadsticks shaped like broomsticks! This dip reheats well — cover and reheat in the oven until warm.
