Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or regular milk
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and honey or maple syrup to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Adjust the texture by adding a splash more milk if too thick or blending in more frozen pineapple chunks if too soft.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture.
  5. Freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.
  6. Scoop into bowls or pipe into cups for a swirl look.
  7. Serve right away and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve in bowls or piped into cups alongside fresh fruit or simple desserts.
