Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen watermelon cubes, honey or maple syrup, and fresh lime juice to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, let it sit for a minute or add a tiny splash of water.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft sorbet texture.
  5. Freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.
  6. Scoop into bowls and garnish with mint if desired.
  7. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 3 months and let sit at room temperature briefly before scooping. Serve as a refreshing dessert alongside light meals like salads or grilled dishes.
