Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk or high-protein milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • cinnamon pinch

Method
 

  1. Cook the rolled oats with the milk over medium heat until creamy.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter and mix until fully melted and incorporated.
  4. Pour the oats into a bowl.
  5. Top with sliced banana, chopped nuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  6. Finish with a pinch of cinnamon and serve.

Notes

Store leftover oats in the fridge for up to 3–4 days and add a splash of milk when reheating to loosen. Serve warm with fresh banana slices and nuts added just before eating for the best texture.
