Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup high-protein milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • salt pinch
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips divided

Method
 

  1. Cook the rolled oats with the high-protein milk until thick and creamy.
  2. Remove the oats from the heat.
  3. Stir in the chocolate protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and a tiny pinch of salt.
  5. Stir in half of the dark chocolate chips while the oats are still warm so they get melty.
  6. Spoon the oats into a bowl.
  7. Add the Greek yogurt on top.
  8. Finish with the remaining dark chocolate chips and a light dusting of cocoa.
