  • 1 ripe mango diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/4 red onion finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño deseeded and finely chopped, optional

  • salt pinch
  • tortilla chips for serving

Method

  1. Dice all fruit and vegetables into similar-sized small pieces.
  2. Combine strawberries, mango, avocado, and red onion in a bowl.
  3. Add jalapeño if using and squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
  4. Scatter fresh mint or coriander on top.
  5. Toss gently, taste, adjust salt, and serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3–4 days, though the avocado may soften over time. Serve fresh with tortilla chips or alongside simple grilled meats or rice dishes.
