Ingredients
  

  • 2 sleeves graham crackers
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • whipped topping for the final layer
  • crushed graham crackers for garnish

Method
 

  1. Line the bottom of a baking dish with a layer of graham crackers.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Whisk the instant pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
  6. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  7. Add a layer of pudding over the cream mixture.
  8. Add a layer of sliced bananas.
  9. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  10. Top with whipped topping and crushed graham crackers.
  11. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight until soft and cake-like.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve chilled with simple sides like fresh fruit or a cup of coffee for a comforting dessert.
