Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp Cajun or taco seasoning
  • 8 tortillas small
  • 2 cups slaw or shredded cabbage
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or mayo-based sauce

Method
 

  1. Toss shrimp with oil and seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. Sear shrimp until just cooked through and slightly charred.
  3. Warm the tortillas until soft and flexible.
  4. Fill tortillas with shrimp, slaw or cabbage, and sauce.
  5. Squeeze lime over the tacos before serving.

Notes

Store leftover shrimp in the fridge for up to 3–4 days and keep toppings separate. Serve with simple sides like rice or a fresh salad for an easy, balanced meal.
