Coconut Lime Dumpling Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 20 frozen dumplings or potstickers
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 limes juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • spring onions for finishing
  • coriander for finishing
  • sesame seeds for finishing

Method
 

  1. Whisk coconut milk, lime juice and zest, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and chilli flakes together until smooth.
  2. Place frozen dumplings in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. Pour the coconut lime sauce over the dumplings so they are halfway submerged.
  4. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 25–30 minutes until the sauce thickens and dumplings are golden on top.
  5. Scatter spring onions, coriander, and sesame seeds over the top before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve with simple sides like steamed rice or fresh vegetables to soak up the sauce.
