Ingredients
  

  • Frozen dumplings or potstickers
  • Coconut milk
  • Lime juice
  • Lime zest
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey or sugar
  • Garlic
  • Chilli
  • Coriander
  • Spring onion

Method
 

  1. Arrange frozen dumplings in a baking dish.
  2. Whisk coconut milk, lime juice and zest, soy sauce, honey or sugar, garlic, and chilli together.
  3. Pour the sauce over the dumplings.
  4. Bake until dumplings are cooked and the top is lightly golden.
  5. Top with coriander and spring onion before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve with steamed rice or simple vegetables to soak up the flavorful coconut-lime sauce.
