Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups daikon radish grated
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • oil for pan frying
  • soy sauce for serving
  • sesame seeds for serving

Method
 

  1. Squeeze extra moisture from the grated daikon radish and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the rice flour, egg, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the daikon until fully combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small pancake shapes.
  4. Pan fry the pancakes in a little oil over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with soy sauce, chili oil, sesame seeds, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days and reheat in a skillet to help crisp them back up. Serve with steamed rice, soup, or your favorite dipping sauce for an easy comforting meal.
