Frozen Banana Snickers Bites

Sweet, creamy, crunchy little bites like these make dessert feel downright fun without turning the kitchen upside down. With just a handful of simple ingredients and a couple quick freezes, these treats come together easier than you’d think.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas sliced into thick rounds
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanuts chopped
  • flaky sea salt for topping

Method
 

  1. Lay half the banana slices on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a little peanut butter and caramel on each banana slice.
  3. Top each with another banana slice to make sandwiches.
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes until firm.
  5. Dip or drizzle the banana bites with melted chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt.
  7. Freeze again for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Store the bites in a freezer-safe container with parchment paper between layers for up to 3 months. Serve straight from the freezer with cold milk, coffee, or fresh fruit for an easy sweet treat.
