Ingredients
  

  • 4 thin chicken cutlets

  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • lemon squeeze

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken cutlets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. In the same pan, whisk together heavy cream, Dijon mustard, dried tarragon, and a squeeze of lemon.
  4. Simmer the sauce for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
