  • 150 g provolone or mozzarella slices
  • 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers

  2. Layer the deli meat evenly on the bottom half of the rolls.
  3. Place the cheese slices on top of the deli meat.
  4. Mix butter and garlic powder, then brush over the top buns.
  5. Bake at 350°F until the cheese melts and the tops are golden.
  6. Combine lettuce, banana peppers, red onion, mayo, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  7. Pile the grinder salad over the melted cheese layer.
  8. Place the top buns back on and slice into individual sliders.

Notes

Store leftover sliders in the fridge for up to 3–4 days, keeping the grinder salad separate for best texture. Serve with simple sides like a fresh salad or chips for an easy, complete meal.
