Hot Honey Butter Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1-2 tsp chili crisp optional
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • parmesan for serving

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and add minced garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in hot honey, chili crisp, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water, tossing to combine.
  5. Finish with parsley and parmesan before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3–4 days and reheat with a splash of water to loosen the sauce. Serve with a fresh salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
