Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked white rice warm
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 2 eggs
  • cilantro for topping
  • hot sauce for topping

Method
 

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  2. Stir the hot honey and soy sauce into the cooked ground beef until evenly coated.
  3. Fry the eggs in a separate pan until the edges are crispy.
  4. Fill bowls with warm white rice.
  5. Add the hot honey ground beef over the rice.
  6. Top the bowls with fried eggs, sliced avocado, and diced red onion.
  7. Drizzle extra hot honey or hot sauce over the bowls if desired.
  8. Finish with cilantro and serve warm.

Notes

Store the cooked beef and rice separately in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Reheat and assemble with fresh avocado and fried eggs before serving. These bowls pair well with a simple green salad or steamed vegetables.
