Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • whipped cream for topping
  • lemon zest extra, for garnish
  • lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8x8-inch pan and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined and smooth.
  5. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or until completely set.
  7. Cut into bite-sized squares and top with whipped cream, lemon zest, and lemon slices before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of lemon zest for a simple, refreshing finish.
