Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • lime zest zest of 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • whipped cream for topping
  • lime slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
  2. Spoon the crumb mixture into cups and press into an even layer.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until combined.
  6. Spoon or pipe the filling over the crust layer.
  7. Top with whipped cream, toasted coconut, and lime zest.
  8. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve chilled with whipped cream and lime slices for a bright, refreshing dessert.
