Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping divided
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • lemon zest for garnish
  • lemon slices for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Whisk the instant lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
  7. Spread the lemon pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth it out.
  9. Sprinkle with lemon zest and add lemon slices on top.
  10. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours until set.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days or freeze for longer storage. Serve chilled with simple sides like fresh fruit or a cup of coffee.
