No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries chopped
  • extra graham cracker crumbs for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of small cups.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until creamy and fluffy.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup.
  6. Top the cheesecake cups with chopped fresh strawberries.
  7. Chill the cheesecake cups for at least 1 hour.
  8. Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.

Notes

Store the cheesecake cups covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve chilled with extra graham cracker crumbs on top and pair with fresh fruit, coffee, or simple family-style meals.
