Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • whipped cream for topping
  • extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish
  • whole strawberries for decorating

Method
 

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Spoon a layer of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each dessert cup.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  6. Pipe or spoon a layer of cheesecake filling over the crumbs.
  7. Add sliced strawberries around the glass and place a few pieces in the center.
  8. Repeat the layers, then finish with whipped cream, extra graham cracker crumbs, and a whole strawberry on top.

Notes

Store the cheesecake cups covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve chilled with a hot drink or fresh fruit for a simple and comforting dessert.
