Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries diced
  • 1/2 cup graham crackers crushed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  5. Swirl in the diced strawberries and crushed graham crackers.
  6. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  7. Freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm, then scoop and serve.

Notes

Store tightly covered in the freezer for up to 3 months to maintain the best texture. Serve scoops alongside fresh fruit or simple cookies for an easy, comforting dessert.
