Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the softened butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Stir in the old-fashioned oats, flour, cinnamon, and raisins until combined.
  4. Scoop small dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet and lightly flatten them.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden around the edges.

Notes

Store cooled cookie bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve with coffee, tea, milk, or fresh fruit for an easy homemade treat.
