Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or any milk

Method

  1. Add frozen peaches, raspberries, milk, honey, and vanilla to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Adjust texture by adding more milk if too thick or more frozen fruit if too soft.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture.
  5. Freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.
  6. Scoop into bowls and top with sliced almonds or granola.
  7. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 3 months and let soften slightly before serving. Serve topped with sliced almonds or granola for added crunch.
