Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.33 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries diced
  • 0.5 cup strawberry sauce or crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry crunch topping crushed cookies + strawberry crumbs
  • whipped cream for topping
  • whole strawberries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  2. Spoon the crumb mixture into the bottom of each cup to form a base layer.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  6. Add a layer of cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
  7. Spoon diced strawberries and strawberry sauce over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Sprinkle a layer of strawberry crunch topping.
  9. Repeat the layers as desired.
  10. Finish with whipped cream, additional crunch topping, and a whole strawberry on top.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days or freeze up to 3 months without toppings. Serve chilled with fresh fruit or a hot cup of coffee for a simple dessert pairing.
