Strawberry White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup freeze-dried or fresh strawberries roughly chopped

Method
 

  1. Beat butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries gently.
  5. Scoop dough onto a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve with a glass of milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a comforting treat.
