Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches sliced
  • 1 ball fresh burrata cheese
  • 2 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • flaky sea salt to taste
  • freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Arrange the arugula or mixed greens on a large serving platter.
  2. Layer the sliced tomatoes and peaches, alternating them for presentation.
  3. Place the burrata in the center and gently tear it open.
  4. Scatter the fresh basil leaves over the salad.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then add honey if using.
  6. Season with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately with warm crusty bread.
