Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup vanilla wafers crushed
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until creamy.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top and lightly swirl.
  6. Add banana slices and sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over the top.
  7. Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm, then break into pieces.

Notes

Store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months for best texture. Serve straight from the freezer, and pair with fresh fruit or a cup of coffee for an easy, comforting treat.
